IMP: Due to the excessive heat, Sputt will NOT be at the Farmers Market Tuesday (12th). 

Saturday, July 9

OK - if you want green beans, Saturday will be the day to be at the Fayette County Farmers Market!  Sputt will have excellent green beans (round and flat), along with some tomatoes, blackberries, cucumbers, and of course onions and garlic!

Tuesday, July 5

Tuesday (July 5): Sputt will have blackberries, green beans, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and cucumbers at the Fayette County Farmers Market (in front of Dan Buckley Gym). The onions have been VERY sweet this year.  The two pictures above show the largest one we've had - before and after slicing! 

The green beans have come around; we had some for supper tonight (with that big onion), and they were great!  The Market opens at 7 AM.

For Saturday, July 2: Sputt will be at the Market tomorrow with tomatoes, onions, garlic, green beans, and blackberries!!  The green beans are slowly coming around and look great.  He doesn't have too many for tomorrow, but the ones he has look really good....
